Sakaar Outreach has also worked at the grassroots level on healthcare and community infrastructure, including health camps, HIV/AIDS awareness and prevention, mobile medical facilities, sanitation, safe drinking water, rainwater harvesting, playground development and tree plantation. The organisation has worked with communities in Delhi as well as Gujarat.

The organisation's stated philosophy—“To reach out and touch lives”—reflects Dr. Prakash's broader understanding of social responsibility: not merely providing charity, but creating conditions in which disadvantaged individuals can acquire education, skills, dignity, employability and the capacity for self-reliance. • Founder & General Secretary, Sakaar Outreach: Ms. Gayatri Prakash is officially listed by Sakaar Outreach as its General Secretary, with an M.A. and M.Phil. in Economics from Delhi University, and as Trustee of DPS Vadodara, DPS Harni and DPS Bharuch.
• Founder of a registered civil-society organisation: Sakaar Outreach was registered in Delhi in 2001 (Registration No. S-40915) and has worked with disadvantaged communities for more than two decades.
• Government recognition as a Gender Resource Centre: Sakaar Outreach was recognised/listed under Delhi's social-development framework as a Gender Resource Centre, with operations in Meethapur and Ambedkar Nagar.
• Recognition for grassroots community work: Sakaar's work has extended across education, women's empowerment, healthcare, HIV/AIDS awareness, environment and community development, with programmes reaching vulnerable communities in Delhi and other states. Its annual report records a network of community-based centres and emphasises equal opportunity for the underprivileged.

The DPS objective is to bring best out in every child. Here we strive to foster an effort where the child learns by discovery. The school perpetually aims at refining the latent talents in the children while they surge towards better and higher accomplishments. It provides each child the opportunity to explore himself/herself so that he/she can judge his/her ability, temperament and aptitude. It also introduces acquisition of standardized knowledge that leads to education of high quality.

At DPS Vadodara, the child is trained to believe in himself/herself and grant to the society his/her unique contribution.
